School Tissue Box

I think there is an object that can be found in practically every classroom in France... and probably in many other countries: the famous box of cardboard tissues! 🤧

So I thought: why not turn it into a real decorative element? 😊

So I imagined this tissue box in the shape of a school board, which brings a warm and playful touch to the classroom while remaining very practical on a daily basis.

For the realization, I used walnut plywood for the frame to create a nice contrast, while the rest is made of basswood plywood. Of course, if you don't have walnut, it's entirely possible to achieve the same effect by tinting or painting the frame. 🎨

As usual, the file is designed to be simple to make and I also share the settings I used.

Material:

Basswood plywood 3 mm
Walnut plywood 3 mm

Machine:

xTool M1 Ultra 20W

Settings used:

Cutting: Speed 8 mm/s – Power 80%
Engraving: Speed 130 mm/s – Power 30%

SVG / XS size: 600 x 600 mm
