Information

      This simple wooden box is the perfect gift wrapping and at the same time a stylish storage for Vertical Bar necklaces. The box can be easily made of 3 mm thick plywood. It has a hinged lid and plug connections.
For a secure hold, some wood glue should be used for the plug connections.
For further individualization, a personal engraving can be applied, e.g. on the inside or outside of the lid.

Inside there is a shapely recess for a vertical bar necklace, which holds the piece securely and elegantly displays.

Step1

In the first step, the five required parts are laid out for the wooden box.

Step2

Preview

In the second step, the two side panels are inserted into the bottom/lid.
It is recommended to put some wood glue on the contact surfaces apply.

Step3

Preview

In the third step, the front and back are inserted into the side panels and the bottom/lid. Please make sure that the part with the additional recess on the top is mounted at the front.
It is recommended to apply some wood glue to the contact surfaces.

Step4

In the last step, place the three inserts in the wooden box.
Please make sure that the two inserts with the cutouts mounted the right way around so that the chain can later be guided down through the small recesses of the visible insert.
