Make classroom management fun, visual, and motivating with this interactive Classroom Rewards Gumball Machine! Every time the class demonstrates positive behavior, teamwork, kindness, or reaches a classroom goal, they earn a wooden token to add to the machine. As the gumball machine fills, students can see their progress toward a special class reward or celebration.

This hands-on reward system encourages responsibility, cooperation, and positive choices while creating excitement as students work together toward a common goal. The clear acrylic globe lets everyone watch their success grow one token at a time.

Download and open the file. Note the file has 2 sizes and can be resized with no problems. For this project you will need a sheet of 3mm clear acrylic and a sheet of 3mm basswood. To begin turn the output on for all the basswood pieces. Make sure the cut is set to 60 power, 27 speed and 1 pass. The engrave should be set to 30 power, 300 speed and 1 pass. Center your design on the wood after refreshing the background and doing an aimed measure on the wood. Process the file. Next turn the output off for these pieces. Turn the output on for the acrylic and repeat the steps using 80 power, 13 speed and 1 pass.

First glue the spacers together. If you want the gumball to hold a lot of tokens use 2 spacers between the large acrylic pieces. If you want only 1 layer of tokens to fit use only 1 spacer. If doing one spacer do not clamp the acrylic while drying. Allow it to sit lightly together to allow the tokens space for easy removal and insertion. After gluing the front and back acrylic pieces to the spacers glue the middle back piece to the back of the acrylic. Next glue the top front piece to the top of the acrylic. Finally, glue the bottom front piece to the front of the acrylic.

I glued magnets to the back of the gumball machine behind the wood parts on the top and the bottom. Next, It could be placed on the dry erase board at the school. I created a sign to explain the token system. Add tokens based on your preference.
