Step1

1.Layer thickness & printing sequence

Print pure white embossed base first, then white + color texture layer, finally apply 4 layers of mirror topcoat. Strictly follow the layer order to avoid structural errors.

2. Layer height standard

Pure white embossed layer approx 1.6mm; white-color texture layer approx 0.2mm.

3. Size resolution limit

Due to resolution constraints, the maximum height of finished size should not exceed 200mm.

4. Material pre-treatment & positioning

Place the material correctly, scan and align precisely. For glass, acrylic and metal surfaces, apply UV printing primer wipe in advance before printing.

5. Separate layered printing rule

The design contains 3 independent image layers. Do not print all layers at once. Print layer by layer in strict sequence.
