Wooden Tool Handle with Knurled Grip Detail

      knurling on a lathe is done with knurling wheels. to machinists, this is a somewhat elusive and sometimes black art. it is indeed more an art than precision material working, be it metal or wood. In this case, i've tried to use the rotary assembly thing from Xtool and the S1 to do some knurling on a piece of hardwood. Yes, it creates a knurling pattern but it wasn't perfect (because the circumference needs to be measured as precisely as possible, what i didn't do) and there is no 'diamond' pattern because the laser cuts from exactly above. i think by placing the laser slightly off centre better results can be achieved.
