      Inner-Engraved Starborn Emblem Crystal Block
This project brings the iconic, cosmic Starborn Emblem (the ancient eight-pointed star from the Sarah J. Maas universe) to life using inner laser engraving.The design is suspended entirely within the interior of a K9 optical crystal block, leaving the outside completely smooth and polished. When paired with dramatic base lighting, the internal micro-fractures capture the light to create a stunning, floating 3D effect.

The Magic Effect: By engraving inside the material rather than on the surface, the emblem looks like it is physically trapped in mid-air inside the glass, perfectly matching the mystical lore of the books.

Tips for Replicating this Project
Focus Tuning: Ensure your focal point is set precisely below the surface of the crystal according to your specific settings to avoid surface fracturing. Leave the settings of the project as they are so that your crystal does not fracture due to the solid fill method for this engraving.

Lighting is Key: Crystals engraved internally rely entirely on external light refraction. Using a dark background and a bright LED base will completely transform the final look from a subtle white frost to a vibrant, glowing showcase piece.
