Thank you for purchasing this 4 Business Card Jig.

This jig is designed for the xTool F2 Ultra UV laser and allows you to engrave up to six business cards with consistent positioning and repeatable results.

## Materials Required

* Wood glue
* xTool F2 Ultra UV L-shaped alignment tool (included with your laser)
* 2 Easy Screws from the Crystal Laser Module
* Clamps or heavy objects (optional, while the glue dries)

* 3 precision-cut plywood layers
* 1 I-shaped alignment jig
* Easy-lift card cutouts for quick card removal

## Assembly Steps

1. Lay the three plywood layers on a flat surface.

2. Apply a thin, even layer of wood glue between each layer.

3. Carefully align all outside edges so the three layers are perfectly flush. Accurate alignment is important for proper card positioning.

4. Press the layers together and clamp them or place a heavy object on top until the glue has completely cured according to the glue manufacturer's instructions.

5. Once the glue has dried, place the jig inside your xTool F2 Ultra UV.

6. Position the jig using the original L-shaped alignment tool that came with your laser.

7. Install the included I-shaped alignment jig using the two Easy Screws from your Crystal Laser Module. This creates a repeatable reference point so the jig can be positioned accurately every time.

8. Insert up to six business cards into the jig. The easy-lift cutouts make removing finished cards quick and effortless after engraving.
