Personalised children's cutlery set with animal motif

Today, I tested the stainless steel engraving with the xTool M1 Ultra equipped with the 20W module.

For the cutlery I took the Amefa brand (box of 3 cutlery) and I kept the holding card that I put in the box.

For the engraving of the cutlery, I simply covered the area to be engraved with a marker with black paint before starting the engraving.

⚙️ Settings used (20W module):

✅ Speed: 25 mm/s

✅ Power: 60%

✅ 2 passes

One pass would probably have been enough, but I preferred to make two to make sure I got a clean engraving.

I also designed a custom box in 3 mm basswood plywood

⚙️ Box settings:

Cutting:

Speed: 8 mm/s

Power: 80%

Engraving:

Speed: 130 mm/s

Power: 30%
