Step1: The Design

- I started off by design the back of the envelope:
- creating a rectangle and a triangle right click and make a copy of both objects before combining both objects together.
- Next the front of the envelope:
- Make another copy of the rectangle
- click on the triangle and flip it horizontally
- subtract
- For the Inner frame:
- create a smaller rectangle inside of the last rectangle leaving another room on the two side and bottom edges and no top edge
- click subtract
- copy and paste
- Add your finishing touches
- A small circle that resembles a seal
- text for santa
- text from who
- circle at the top for ribbon

Step2: Laser

- Make sure all your objects are set to the correct settings
- For instances in this photo
- red = cut
- black = engrave
- Don't forget to auto measure your material!

Step3: Assembly

- Glue the two frame pieces together
- Glue the two frame (now one piece) to the back envelope (with dear santa writing on it) making sure all sides are flush
- Glue the from of the envelope on top of the frame making sure its all flush on the sides and bottom
- glue the seal in the middle of the front of the envelope (as shown in photo 3)
