Information

      I created a tote bag featuring the phrase "Stardust and Basslines" to symbolize how music is not singular; instead, it encompasses both the universe (stardust) and grounds us (basslines).

Instruction

Step1

FI provided both the before and after images using the halftone maker, in case you prefer a solid image. For heat pressing, I cure my own DTF film at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes, or until it resembles an orange peel texture.

The first press should be done at 310 degrees for 13 seconds, using a Teflon sheet on top. The second press is done at 290 degrees for 15 seconds; be sure to remove the DTF film before this second press, and again use a Teflon sheet. Apply medium to hard pressure during the pressing process.

I used AI to help refine my design so that it effectively conveys the idea that music is everywhere and serves to ground us. The process involved multiple attempts to achieve the desired result, especially when it came to removing the background color. I hope you enjoy it!
