This is for either a colored print then cut cake topper or an engraved cake topper.
I have a set of Banner Posts that I use for every holiday, I keep them up year round and only have about 20inches between the two posts to hang banners. So I create mini banners. This particular project I designed myself, and walked my husband through how to make, as it is for my birthday.
Feel free to remake and resize to your own area.
