Information

      This file will help you create a classic leather keychain fob made for conchos. Best for 1 to 1 1/4" round conchos.

You will need some 3-4oz leather (1.5mm-2mm thick)
Leather sewing thread (recommended .6mm
Leather sewing needles.

Instruction

Step1: Leather Selection

Preview

You will need a 3-4 oz veg-tan leather.

Give it one or two coats of neatsfoots leather oil, and dye or stain your color choice.

Step2: Cut

Place your leather strip at a angle in the F1. Frame it to make sure you are within the material size.

Step3: Clean up

Preview

Now take some leather conditioner and give it a quick wipe down.

Step4: Assembly

Preview

Now attach your concho post through the front hole, and screw in from the back.

Get your split keyring and slide it over the other end to the middle.

Fold in half and preform a saddle stitch going around the edge.
