Step1: Engrave
Engrave the layer of the images of the machines first

Step2: Cut out the puzzle pieces
Cut out the shapes outline layer next

Step3: Cut out the puzzle outline layer
Cut out the puzzle outline for the puzzle pieces to go in to, this includes the outer rectangle and the little finger hole cutouts to help little fingers remove and put in the pieces

Step4: Cut out the puzzle base
Cut out the base rectangle, this is what you will glue the puzzle outline onto.

Step5: Glue it together
Glue the puzzle outline to the puzzle base lining up the edges evenly. I used PVA wood glue and let it set overnight.
