Step1: Prepare the Wood

Preview

You can engrave this from natural wood or you can pre-paint with acrylic craft paint, the choice is yours.  The black part of the file will be engraved away to reveal the wood color beneath the color.  This can make for a very interesting design.

I used the F2 to process this design.  If you are using a different machine increase the LPC between 140 and 160 to give the deep engrave effect.
