This file will help you create a very nice leather card wallet with or without money clip.
You will need some veg-tan leather in 3-4oz (1.5mm-2mm), 45-oz will also work (1.5mm-2.5mm) but no thicker than that.

You will need some 3-4 oz veg-tan leather. But do not exceed 2.5mm thick.

Next apply 2-3 coats of neatsfoots oil.
Next place your leather in your machine and cut out the pieces you want.
If you do not want to use the money clip, use back number #2.
If you do want to use the money clip. You can find them at Tandy Leather for about $4.
Slide the money clip thorough the bottom slot hole and set the rivets it comes with.

Now put the front and back pieces together and preform a saddle stitch all the way around.

At this point you are done. And it is ready to use.
But if you want to take it further, you can bevel, burnish, and edge coat your edges.
