Turn on the machine, open xTool Creative Space on your computer, drag in the required xcs file, 10mm basswood board into the machine, change the inkjet head, refresh the page, click on ranging, adjust the parameters, and prepare for inkjet and cutting.

Inkjet finished, put the wood board to the beauty glue, note, do not move the position of the board when putting the beauty glue, otherwise it will cause the offset when running the cutting file. Remove the inkjet head and replace it with a 10W laser head, cut ready and run the file.

After cutting, put away the cut 10mm part and replace it with a 3mm basswood board and set the parameters. Repeat the above operation, inkjet then cut to get the desired 3mm part.

Next clean up the paper tape from the parts to get complete parts, use strong adhesive to laminate the parts with double layers to get all the parts needed.
