This is a first attempt at doing a glass etching using the xtool F1.
Settings are for bitmap engraving. I was unfamiliar with vector engraving and was more comfortable using the bitmap settings so i figured what the heck. (edited)

I used a mini Ball glass jar. You can get a set of 4 any big box store for cheap.
First, clean the glass with 91% alcohol. Then coat the glass with 2 coats of Waverly elephant grey chalk paint. let dry between coats.
The design is an AI image generated in the Artimind app.
Settings used for this are 1600 mm/s, 95% power and 400 DPI in jarvis.
There is a little stretching on the edges as the etching hit the curved areas of the glass - I dont yet have a rotary.
Make sure to let the glass cool before washing off the paint, so you don't get cut by breaking glass.
