Step1: Open File in XCS

- Open the file in XCS and prep to send to laser
- Make you auto measure you material and all settings are correct.
- RED= CUT
- PURPLE= SCORE

Step2: Notes: DRY ERASE OR CHALKBOARD SPRAY PAINT

- You have two options you can use dry erase board or chalkboard spray paint
For this project I used sublimation white board that I purchased from Amazon
- If you go this route, there is thin film on top of the board make sure you remove that before cutting.
- my settings for this was 100/6/4

Paint your objects and glue them as shown.

Step4: Base
Preview
I always save my base for last so I have the exact dimesions and it fits snuggly. I recommend doing the same for your project, cut the base last and measure as shown with your digital calipers and use those dimensions for your slot.
