i think that fits to the wobbly rings

click on the heart and select expand path

I repeated this several times and every 4-5 times I increased or doubled the value
this has the advantage that you have differences and also creates areas where the text is inside

I created the text like this
duplicated a ring (paste in place)
then clicked on the ring with the text path tool
the copy because illustrator removes the path when you click on it
