Step1: Material
Preview
I made the decoration pictured from MDF as a test piece to prepare designs for Christmas. Later in the year I will make some of these from bamboo and acrylic.

Step2: Cut
Preview
This decoration can be cut from any material so I included the settings I use to cut both MDF and acrylic using the 5w xTool D1 Pro.
