Step1: STEPS
Step 1
Mask the MDF before engraving to reduce smoke staining and keep the surface clean.
Step 2
Engrave the text first using low line interval for sharper typography.
Step 3
Cut the outer profile and inner hanging hole after engraving is complete.
Step 4
Leave the masking on during cutting to minimise edge burn marks.
Step 5
Remove masking and lightly sand edges if required for a cleaner luxury finish.
