Keychain with stencils

To create the stencil on xcs, start from a photo that does not have a background, distinguishing whether the photo is:

 a) in color; b) in black and white.

I removed the background with Canva, which is very fast and then I removed the white part with xcs.

If the photo is in color, you have to bring it to black and white: By clicking on "Adjustments" from the top menu, a menu appears and you bring the "Saturation" to -50. It thus becomes black and white.

Then the "Contrast" at 50, so that the darker tones are highlighted. At the end confirm.

On the canvas is the black and white photo that I edited.

Once the black and white photo has been obtained, it cannot be cut, but only engraved; therefore to be able to cut it we must click on "Tracking" in the top menu, once the photo has been selected.

Leave the Auto Trace and adjust the Blur Threshold, until you get an image that recognizes the person. And it is confirmed.

On the canvas, the image and the tracking are on top of each other. Therefore, you have to move the tracking away from the image and delete the image.

We move on to cutting. I inserted the image tracking into a 60 mm diameter circle with a 5 mm hole and cut it. The red part is a cardboard cut to size, or you can use abs with the same measurements as the rim.

Marilyn Monroe, on the other hand, I cut it on a rectangle to hang.
