Information

This is the first project that I have done that needs two lasers. I used an S1 to cut the wood and the F1 Ultra to cut the metal. I'm sure that you could figure out how to cut the wood on the F1 Ultra, but I would highly recommend using two lasers.

The first step in making yours is putting the letters onto the metal business cards. I have already sized the letters for you, so all you need to do is refresh the screen and put your letters on the business cards.

Now I made another file. This one is for your S1, and all you need to do is put the letters where you want them and set it to output. This will create score lines to help you align your design when you glue it.

Step3: Material

For this, I used xTool business cards. You can use any colors you want and any type of wood that you want. Just make sure to change your settings if you change the material.

Now it's time to laser. Make sure to wear your laser safety glasses and change your S1 settings if you have a different wattage than 40 watts.
