Using AI on Xtool Projects, I requested a Steampunk Mermaid. Using lightburn I engraved on the back of a cutting board 11” x 8”. I did the engraving in three layers, the first pass was 3750/ 80% power. 2nd pass same setting but rotated the angle 35 degrees. The final layer, I adjusted the image in LB to push the darks and increased the contrast almost all the way up. So only the really dark spots engraved. I also rotated to 90 degrees on this pass.
