Step4: Insert rose image from shapes menu

Step5: Add an outline of the rose set to 1 and change outline to engrave

Step6: Copy outline 5 times and combine in to 1 image, then arrange on lattice image

Step7: Select rose outlines and lattice and combine/subtract in to 1 image
