Champagne Bottle present

design the outline of the bottle with the path tool

create a circle and several rectangles
place them all correctly on the bottle
mark everything and remove all protrusions with the shapebuilder tool
 

create individual lines and choose a thick and thin line at the top instead of a normal contour line

create a diamond
copy it several times and place them all next to each other
as soon as the surface is larger than the neck of the bottle group everything and place the group over the neck of the bottle
remove the protrusions with the shapbuilder tool

create the desired text
create a rectangle of the appropriate size for the depot
create 2 small rectangles as an exception for the loops
copy the outline of the bottle with the small rectangles for the background
