Step1: creating the heart

we create a heart
then with outline and 20mm
we create another heart and make it so small that it fits well into the lower part
then we copy this heart again and place the very small heart in the center
always make sure that everything is centered in the middle

Step2: text and rings

write the text in capital letters
i created the rings in illustrator because i didn't know how to do it in XCS for the time being
then draw a thin rectangle above and below the text
mark the rectangles with the outer heart and select unit
do the same with the text
