Cute Easter-themed paperclips that can be used as bookmarks, small gifts, or fun decorations for notebooks and books.
It is recommended to use a type of wood that is flexible and can bend slightly, so the paperclips don’t break when being used.

Open the provided file. Everything is already set up and ready to use.
You can change the size if needed. Choose a material that works best for your machine.
It’s best to use a wood that can bend slightly, so the paperclips don’t snap.

Adjust the material settings according to your machine.
For my 3 mm poplar plywood, I used:
50% power
250 mm/s speed
For engraving, I ran the engraving twice instead of increasing the power, which gave a cleaner result.

Insert your material into the laser cutter before doing anything else.

Use your laser cutter software to measure the material thickness. This ensures proper focus and a cleaner result.
Once everything is set, start the laser cutting and engraving process.

After finishing, remove the pieces and clean the edges if necessary.


Click on the pages icon (bottom left) and open the second workspace.
There you’ll find a small packaging design to hold or display the paperclips as a gift.
