insert the form from the templates
create an elongated rectangle and center it
add a thin line for the shadow

add the text
 

for the middle pots, the middle section should be cut out
select edit node and click extra nodes on the sides 
with the new XCS version there is now the scissors function with which you can cut off the middle line

create a rectangle and write the text inside
adjust the size etc. - as soon as the stick is skewed it will no longer work
