Personalized Easter Bunny Basket Tag with Bow and Tail - Custom Easter Ornament

Information
Perfect for a little boy or a little girl, the included bow can be used at the ears or at the neck on this 3D Easter bunny basket tag. It can be cut and engraved from acrylic, MDF, or plywood. The included details can be cut and placed as an inlay or used as 3D elements when make this custom Easter tag or ornament. Included file types are perfect for diodes or CO2 lasers (SVG EPS PNG PDF DXF and XCS) and it comes with a commercial license to sell physical goods.
Instruction
Step1: Set Up Material and File
Load a piece of material into the laser. I used the xTool S1 40 watt for the one shown in the picture, but often cut these on my xTool P2, as well.
Set engraving parameters for the blue layer and cut parameters for the red layer. Note: if you have not done material tests for your laser, I do suggest you run one.
S1 40 Watt Settings, 3mm Matte Amethyst and Coral Acrylic:
- Engrave 50 power, 350 speed, 200 LPC, 1 pass
- Cut 100 power, 4 speed, 1 pass
S1 40 Watt Settings, 3mm Basswood Plywood (if you want to use it, instead):
- Engrave 50 power, 200 speed, 200 LPC, 1 pass
- Cut 100 power, 4 speed, 1 pass
Place the crosshair over the material and auto-measure.
Use the PinPoint Positioning to mark the processing area.
Step2: Process, Clean, and Add Hanger
Be sure to turn off the air assist (or turn to low) and turn on the inline fan or purifier, if using.
Process the engraving and cut.
Use acrylic cleaner to remove detritus and debris.
String on a ribbon, suede cord, or other hanger.
Seller Tips:
- Offer to engrave the back with a personalized message for an up-charge.
- Package in cellophane bags with your branded card insert. Can also be hung on pegs.
- Pair with my other free basket tags to position as a collection of ornaments or egg filler tokens for a set for little ones.
