Create a 11.5" x 11.5" diameter
Create a rectangle that overlaps the top circle
- right click and make a copy and paste it on the bottom of the circle
- there should be a gap in the middle
Select all three objects “copy” and “paste” it twice.
- there should be three circles with rectangles now
On one of the circles delete the first rectangle and on another delete the second one
- One the first circle select both the rectangle and the circle and on the left side panel select “unite at overlap”
Do the same thing for the second circle with a rectangle
You should be left with TWO half circles

Insert a star and place it on the half circle
Now on the left side panel, select Grid array
- Now add some row and columns of how you would like your stars to be looked and spaced.
- Press “ok” and you should have a grid of stars
Select the stars right click “ungroup”
Now you able to move around the stars inside of your half circle and delete some you may not need. Polising it up a bit if you will.

Take your second bottom half half circle and make a inner offset outline. You want it to be smaller than what you already have.
Create a few rectangles and place over top the smaller making sure they overlap
Once you have them all placed select all the rectangles and the smaller inner circle.
- “Copy” and “Paste” it as many times as rectangles you have.
- so if you have 6 rectangles paste it 6 times
Now go one by one each rectangle
- Select one rectangle and the half circle and “unite at overlap”
Once done you will have all your stripes

You can bring your half circles on your third circle so you can place and size your text in the middle

Once everything is spaced out select all objects
- “copy” and “paste” it right next to the other one.\
Now the on just pasted delete everything EXCEPT
- THE TEXT
- AND TWO STARS AT THE TOP
On the other one delete the circle ONLY

Make sure the two half circles are set to “cut” as well as the text that is not on your circle.
The text that is on the circle should be set to “score”
The two stars at the top should be set to “cut”
The will also be set to “cut”
