Information

      A small design I created for a friend of mine. We like to go hiking together and recently did the Mammutmarsch 55km
i designed this in illustrator because the program has a bit more functions than XCS :)

i played a little with the power
i like the symbol part best because it is strong but not too strong like the lower text
the text above i would use a different font that is thicker so that it is easier to see

Instruction

Step1: The arrow

draw a rectangular line
separate it in the middle for the text
the end of the arrow is just a rectangle that has been offset with anchor points
with small areas you can symbolize the feathers
the arrowhead is also just individual parts that have been joined together

Step2: The tree

I created the tree with the path tool
but only one half
I copied, mirrored and connected them so that you have the same sides

Step3: The mountain

Preview

the mountains are just triangles with a contour
all brought into the correct plane
the shape of the mountain tops were created with the path tool as seen on the one photo and connected to the mountain
