Used Folk Art Paint Smoke Screen for the base (2 coats). Used Folk Art Pale Gray for the second layer edge and ribbons (2 coats). Used DecoArt Metallic Worn Penny for the center image of the badge (1 coat). Score marks are entered on the base for exact placement. Scores can be seen even after painting.

Step2: Used Gorilla wood glue to attach all the second layer.
