Birthday cards are expensive and only made from card, but here in the UK people still send hundreds! You can sell these cheaper and people like the novelty. We sell ours with an envelope.

Score the back, don't cut it yet! (the purple output is off.)

Flip it over. You'll need a jig to ensure it sits in the same place. (if you haven't got one, look for my file ‘Numbered slat ruler guide (revised)’ in Atomm - it's free) This takes a while to run! there's not a lot of edge distance so be careful how you hold the sheet down. It is set to cut by layer so it cuts out the rounded corners first; when it finally cuts the red outline, there are small tabs to hold it together otherwise it sags. I only support the sheet at the ends and one slat in the middle (slat 22 if you have the ruler!)
