Custom Employee Appreciation Vet Clinic Ornaments

Step 1 is to apply 3M double-sided adhesive to the back of your plywood. Secure your plywood in the bed of your machine using magnets or material pins to elevate the material off of the honeycomb surface. Use aimed measure on your material and arrange your design to fit several across the surface. Edit the names on each ornament before engraving and cutting. After the machine finishes, lightly sand each ornament and spray a clear coat finish.

The next step is to cut your thin acrylic background pieces and assemble. Be sure to elevate this material to reduce flashback. 

Peel the back off of your wood ornaments and line up the acrylic background. Finish with a jute cord and decorative beads.
