Information

      The design consists of a Halloween-themed decoration depicting a black cat, whose silhouette is constructed and integrated with the word "Halloween". The design includes decorative details such as the ghost, the carved pumpkin and the spider's web, keeping all the black elements connected to each other. This solution avoids the presence of isolated parts that could fall or be lost after laser cutting. 

The decoration measures about 40 cm in width, with proportionate height. 

The material provided is wood plywood about 3 mm thick, then painted matte black on both sides and along the edges. Alternatively, the project can be made directly in 3 mm black acrylic, obtaining a more uniform, resistant and slightly glossy finish, without the need for painting. 

Trimming settings used: 

- Power: 90% 
- Speed: 6 mm/s

These parameters are indicative and must be adapted according to the type of material, the actual thickness, the density of the panel and the power of the laser machine. Even seemingly identical materials can react differently to cutting; it is therefore advisable to always carry out a small test before processing the final part. 

If using black acrylic, check that it is compatible with laser cutting and adjust the power, speed and number of passes according to the manufacturer's instructions and the result of the preliminary test.
