Recommended Slate Settings Tip
For best results on natural slate, clean the stone with isopropyl alcohol, run at low power and high speed with standard dithering (Jarvis or Stucki works best in LightBurn), and seal with a clear matte or semi-gloss acrylic coat after engraving to lock in the contrast.
