Step1: All Directions
Basic Project Instructions
Materials Needed
- 3mm Glossy Black Acrylic (xTool recommended)
- Laser engraver (preset optimized for xTool F2 Ultra MOPA)
- Stand material (see stand file)
- Microfiber cloth (for polishing)
Step 1 — Engrave the Artwork
- Select 3mm Glossy Black Acrylic as your material.
- Download the engraving file.
- Open the file in xTool Creative Space (XCS).
- Use the preset engraving settings for glossy black acrylic.
- If you are using a laser other than the xTool F2 Ultra MOPA, adjust power, speed, and frequency settings accordingly.
- Run a small test engraving if needed before engraving the full design.
Step 2 — Cut the Stand
- Open the stand file (provided separately).
- Load your stand material into the laser.
- Cut using the recommended settings for your material.
- Remove the stand pieces and clean edges if necessary.
Step 3 — Finish and Display
- Gently clean the engraved acrylic using a soft microfiber cloth.
- Assemble or insert the stand into the slot on the acrylic.
- Place your finished engraving on display.
