Flammable material

This material is flammable under laser equipment. Close monitoring is required during processing to prevent fire.

Remove protective film before processing

This material usually comes with a protective film to prevent surface damage during transport. Remove the film before laser processing to avoid ignition and damage to the acrylic.

Clean the material after processing

During processing, this material may generate dust or other substances that remain on the surface. To improve appearance and functionality, clean off carbon residue, slag, or oxide layers using water, alcohol, ultrasonic cleaning, or specialized cleaners.

Use odor protection during processing

Turn on air assist (gas pump)
