Ozdoba v šestiúhelníkových barvách

Informace
Jedná se o vícebarevnou šestiúhelníkovou ozdobu z nerezové oceli. Existuje základní řezný soubor, kde jsem použil XTool Metal Fab k vyříznutí vzoru (to může být také vyřezávané ze dřeva nebo akrylu). Pak jsem použil F1 Ultra na barvení šestiúhelníku.
DŮLEŽITÉ: Existují dva XCS soubory, jeden je pro řezání, kde je to jedna černá vrstva. Soubor s vícebarevnými úpravami je navržen pro barvení stran.
Návod
Krok1: Použijte soubor Cut k vystřižení designu
V návrhu jsou dva soubory, vyberte "Multi-Color-Hexagon_cut.xcs", což je řezný soubor. Ten se používá pouze k vyřezávání vzoru. Celý soubor je jeden objekt s otvorem nahoře. Lze ho snadno upravit. Stejný pilník lze použít pro řezání ze dřeva nebo akrylu na různých strojích.
Krok2: Laserové gravírování barev
Vyberte si soubor "Multi-Color-Hexagon.xcs", to je ten na barevné gravírování. Použil jsem F1 Ultra s diodovým laserem na barvení nerezové oceli. Každý modrý diodový laser by to měl zvládnout, ale možná budete muset upravit nastavení pro svůj konkrétní stroj. Já jsem použil F1 Ultra pro svůj přístroj. U několika šestiúhelníků, Použil jsem mírně odlišná nastavení pro boky a horní část šestiúhelníku, hlavně proto, aby Xtool nespojoval prvky, zjistil jsem, že nejlépe funguje, když funguje na jedné straně šestiúhelníku najednou.
