The file can be scaled up without problem, it can only be scaled down to make it smaller by 20% approximately 250x250 would be the minimum size
The finished puzzle measures 296mm x 296mm.
You only need a cutting surface of approximately 300 mm x 300 mm.
The cut is 17 minutes.
