Christbaumanhänger Frohe Weihnachten

First I cut out the three balls and the first lettering from wood. (The settings were 94% laser power, speed 4mm/sec, 1 pass.) Then I glued the text to the lettering. The easiest way is to apply the glue with a brush and lift the lettering with tweezers, otherwise the very thin wood will break easily.

Then I glued the self-adhesive foil to the next wood and only then cut out the lettering. (This time laser power 98%, otherwise the foil will not be cut properly.) 

The inner part of the ball is now cut out of acrylic. (Laser power 98%, speed 4, 3 passes)

Since all parts are now prepared, I reassembled all parts with glue. 

I added the glittering lettering on the front and back of the ball at the very end, otherwise the lettering might be damaged when assembling the ball.
