During initial processing drafts, the text and logo were engraved using distinct settings in order to achieve similar results in depth and tone. Walnut, however, is denser and sturdier than cheaper material plywood. Be sure to calibrate your distance settings and framing for each project with this material.

If your project uses an abundance of fine linework, I suggest reducing power and increasing the number of passes used in your process.
