Baseball Cap Message

Step 1

1. AImake with Punk mode selected a lil elf was asked for
2. This result turned out to be great on a leather ptch
3. When the image is placed into xcs software the adjustments needed are done before engraving.

Step 2

1. With the leather patch being black and the engraving finishing off with a sliver tone  the image needs to be inverted. Once the image is inverted the adjustments to power and speed are set.
2. With this patch the 2 point marking system is used with the circle option
3. 3 points are set to complete the circle following the size of the round patch in the work area.
4. Once this is complete the image is centered within this circle on the screen and the process can begin. 

Step 3

1. Now the patch is engraved, the mini heat press from xTool is heated up to 385 degrees and timer is set to 20 seconds
2. This temperature and time allows the glue to bound to the hat perfectly
3. Centering the patch to the hat is key before glue heats up.
4. Once heated and pressed the hat is ready to be used.
