これは古い衣類やその他の布をリサイクルできるプロジェクトです。レーザー技術を用いて、生地は特別なパーツに切り分けられ、簡単に組み立てられます。これにより、新しい衣料デザインに使えるより大きな布シートの作成が可能になります。それぞれの作品は独自のパターンを作り出し、過去の使用の物語を語りつつ、新しいものを作り出し、持続可能性に貢献しています。サイズや創造性にほとんど制限はありません。
開発されたパズルピースは、より小さく分解された衣類でも効率的に使えるようにサイズが調整されています。もちろん、必要に応じてデザインをスケールアップすることもできます。
私は多くの異なる生地を試しましたが、100%ポリエステルから60%ポリエステル+40%コットンまでの素材組成で最良の結果が得られました。私は主に70%ポリエステル+30%コットンの混血でできた元作業ウェアを使いました。
これは織物にしか適用されません。
布地ごとに反応が少しずつ異なるので、試行錯誤が必要です。楽しんでください！

ステップ2: 直せ

生地はできるだけ平らでなければなりません。そこで4mmの木板にテープで固定しました。HDFからアルミニウムまで好きなものを使ってください。
生地の寸法を測り、パターンの位置を必要に応じて調整してください。

ステップ3: 証明レーザー設定

ごとに反応は少しずつ異なるので、素材でいくつかテストして、満足できるまで行ってください。

ステップ4: パーツを集めて組み合わせる

もし
異なる生地を時々加工しているだけなら、十分なコレクションを揃えるまでに少し時間がかかるかもしれません。でも心配しないで...これはプロセスです!!コレクションを留めるために、友人に古い布をもらってみてはどうでしょうか。
もし十分な素材があれば、自分のユニークなパターンを組み合わせるために創造力を解放し、友人たちを招待してこの創作過程を社交的なイベントにしてください。

ステップ5: 参加

新しい服を作ることができる一品を作るには、組み立てたパーツと裏側にアイロンをかけたフリースを組み合わせる必要があります。しっかりアイロンをかけて冷ましてから縫い始めてください。

ステップ6: 自分のデザインを創造してください

最後に、自分のデザインを作成できます。使っているレーザーカッターが十分に大きくて強力であれば、私のように新しく作った生地から一枚丸ごと切り出すことができますが、レーザー技術;)以前に存在していたどんな工芸技術でもテキスタイルに応用可能です。
