Step 1) Take the size of the pre-cut circle you have, make a circle with the insert button 1mm larger in Dia. of original. Now make a rectangle a little larger that the circle and longer so when the process is finished the module is away from circle.

Step 2) Place material in laser and cut circle making sure you set larger rectangle to score with only 1% power so it does not mark wood. Also set original starting to top left on process page. when this is finished cutting do not move the material or the module.

Step 3 Now that the circle is cut and the module has moved to its starting point without touching or moving module, place pre-cut circle in new hole you just cut. You will want to change the circle from cutting to score with 1% power and up the speed to 55 mm/s

Step 4) For demonstration i set a circle and a square in the software to show how close to center this method can be, now this may be only a circle and a square but it could also be any design you like because where ever you place the design within the circle the design will be put on the material. I set these to score to an example.

Step 5) As you can see this can be used as a repeater for 1 or several pieces that are the same size and the centering is spot on each time.
