Buck on a shot glass Made this for my home bar setup as a way to personalize a boring shot glass
Find a high quality vector image or a simple nonvector image to engrave.
Use your measuring tape to find the outside perimeter of the shot glass.
Select 'Laser Cylindrical" → Chuck → then enter that result there.
Use a foam roller brush and lightly apply a coat of black tempera paint onto the shot glass itself.
Using the RA2 Pro, load the shot glass into the jaws of the chuck or use the metal rods and rear rotarty support.
Make sure to leave enough clearance for the laser to process.
You want to make sure your image comes out clear and on one face of the glass, so make sure its height doesnt exceed the glass height, and width is between ½ and ⅓ the perimter of the glass.
Line up the laser with your shotglass and ensure the correct height of the laser.
Always frame to confirm the laser head doesn't hit anything.
Once the engraving is complete, simply rinse the shot glass in warm water to remove the tempera paint, and you're done!
