DIY Risers

Instruction
Step1

This project is used to make risers for xTool M1. They can be used when you are to connect a Rotary Attachment to xTool M1 or xTool M1 is to work in open plane mode.
Note
Basswood 3mm is used for processing. You can also use other wood boards of thickness 3mm for processing (The tightness of fitting the wood pieces together may differ due to differences in the tolerance of materials).
Introduction to the risersA riser consists of three parts:- Top part: fit on the top of a riser, where a support of xTool M1 is placed.- Middle part: fit in the middle of a riser, multiple ones can be used.- Bottom part: fit at the bottom of a riser, coming into contact with a desk or floor.
Step2

software operation(1)Import designing documents:This project contains three canvases,all documents need to be processed。(2)Setting:Select the type of the material to be processed, and determine whether to use triangular prisms.Select all the design elements, and select Cut.
Step3

Assemble the top part(1)Parts List:- 1 * Roof 1- 2 * Roof 2- 4 * Pin 2- 4 * Pin 3(2)Assemble Fit Roof 1 on Roof 2, and insert Pins 2 into the slots of Pins 3.Insert the pin structures into the slots of roofs. The assembly is done.
Step4

Assemble the middle part(1)Parts List:- 4 * Side 1- 4 * Side 2- 4 * Side 3- 4 * Side 4- 4 * Pin 1(2)AssembleFit two Sides 1 and two Sides 2 together with two Sides 2 in the middle, and fit two Sides 3 and two Sides 4 together with two Sides 4 in the middle, as shown in the following figure.Fit the structures together.Insert pins into the structure to complete the installation.
Step5

Assemble the bottom part(1)Parts List:- 4 * Side 1- 4 * Side 2.1- 4 * Side 3- 4 * Side 4.1(2)AssembleFit two Sides 1 and two Sides 2.1 together with two Sides 2.1 in the middle, and fit two Sides 3 and two Sides 4.1 together with two Sides 4.1 in the middle, as shown in the following figure.Fit the structures together.
Step6

Assemble risers(1)Parts List:-1 * top part-1 * middle part-1 * bottom part(2)AssembleFit the three parts together. Repeat this process 4 times.
