Information
Do you have a lot of paint pens for your small business and always doing test pieces before painting? Here is a simple solution I made for my paint pen collection.

Step1: The Design

- Start off by creating 12" x 12" square because I know this is my work space I want to work with.
- This square is just a guid for all the other objects and will be deleted later
- Add your text at the top
- Add a small square and click Grid Array
- Adjust the rows and columns by how many you will need as well as the spacing
- For this design I did 60 squares for 60 paint pens
- Adjust the rows and columns by how many you will need as well as the spacing
- Next I add the number “1” and placed it centered over the first square
- Again back into Grid Array and adjust to the rows, columns and spacing
- Ungroup the number 1's when you are done
- Now you will need to go individually to each number 1 and relabel them (2,3,4,etc)
- once you have everything how you like and how many boxes you need you can delete the outer box
- set your engrave settings for the numbers and title
- the boxes can be set to score
- if you want this to be a fast projects set your numbers to score as well

Step2: Paint & Label

Preview
- Next you will need to paint inside your boxes and label your paint pens with corresponding stickers with numbers.
- I keep my chart next to my paint pens and keep them in the same order on my paint pen holder to make it easier for grabing and painting
