Information

      This work is a handcrafted wooden desktop object that takes typographic structure as its primary design language. The design deconstructs two-dimensional characters and transforms them into a three-dimensional spatial form. Through layering, interlocking, and mortise-and-tenon construction, the typography evolves from a flat reading element into a tangible sculptural object that can be both viewed and experienced physically.
The overall form establishes spatial order through a vertically rising composition. The strokes of the characters function not only as visual elements but also as structural components. While preserving the recognizability of the typography, each stroke is redefined to serve as a load-bearing and connecting element, integrating language and structure into a unified whole.
